On the surface, it might look simple, but it is not, so the use of a coach is, in my view, the best way to go. It is important to have an accurate and complete profile of oneself and also a profile of a desired partner. This is one of the advantages of using Match Me Canada, as their interviewing process did a much better job of bringing this out than I could have. Another important value is in reviewing potential matches and selecting those that make sense. Not using a coach runs the risk of just wasting a lot of time.
